1. ვინ ვართ
Protea არის iOS აპლიკაცია, რომელიც ადგენს კვირის კვების გეგმას საქართველოში ხელმისაწვდომი პროდუქტების ფასების მიხედვით. მონაცემთა დამმუშავებელია Protea-ს ოპერატორი. კითხვებისთვის: support@protea.ge.

არ ვაგროვებთ: ადგილმდებარეობას, კონტაქტებს, ფოტოებს, მიკროფონს, კამერას. აპი არ იყენებს HealthKit-ს და არ კითხულობს iPhone-ის ჯანმრთელობის აპის მონაცემებს.
3. საფუძველი
- ხელშეკრულება — ანგარიში, პროფილი და გეგმები: ამის გარეშე სერვისი ვერ იმუშავებს.
- თანხმობა — ჯანმრთელობის მონაცემების შენახვა და AI-სთვის გადაცემა. ორივე ცალკეა, არცერთი არ არის წინასწარ მონიშნული, და ორივე ნებისმიერ დროს გაუქმებადია (პროფილი → შენი მონაცემები). აპი მუშაობს ორივეზე უარის შემთხვევაშიც — გეგმის ხელით რედაქტირება რჩება.
- ლეგიტიმური ინტერესი — უსაფრთხოება, ბოროტად გამოყენების აღკვეთა და ავარიების დიაგნოსტიკა.

AI-პროვაიდერებს მონაცემები გადაეცემათ მხოლოდ შენი გეგმის შესაქმნელად. ჩვენი ხელშეკრულებების მიხედვით ისინი ამ მონაცემებს არ იყენებენ საკუთარი მოდელების სასწავლად. მონაცემებს არავის ვყიდით და არ ვუზიარებთ რეკლამისთვის.
ტრანსსასაზღვრო გადაცემა: ჩამოთვლილი მიმღებები საქართველოს ფარგლებს გარეთ არიან. თანხმობის მოცემით ეთანხმები ამ გადაცემას.
5. მწვრთნელები
თუ მწვრთნელის მოწვევას მიიღებ, ის ავტომატურად ვერ ხედავს შენს ჯანმრთელობის მდგომარეობებს. ნაგულისხმევად მწვრთნელი ხედავს მხოლოდ შენს მიზნობრივ მაჩვენებლებს და გეგმას. ყოველი დამატებითი ელემენტი ცალკე ირთვება შენ მიერ (პროფილი → შენი მწვრთნელი). ყველა შემთხვევა, როცა მწვრთნელმა შენი მონაცემები ნახა, ჩაიწერება და შენთვის ხილვადია („ვინ ნახა შენი გეგმა"). წვდომა ერთი შეხებით უქმდება.
6. რამდენ ხანს ვინახავთ
- ანგარიშის მონაცემები — სანამ ანგარიში არსებობს.
- AI-ის შემოთავაზებები, რომლებიც არ გამოგიყენებია — 24 საათი.
- შესვლის სესიები — მოქმედების ვადის ამოწურვისთანავე.
- ავარიული ანგარიშები — ანგარიშთან დაუკავშირებლად, 90 დღე.
ანგარიშის წაშლისას ყველა ზემოთ ჩამოთვლილი იშლება სერვერიდან.
7. შენი უფლებები
„პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის შესახებ" საქართველოს კანონის მიხედვით შეგიძლია: მიიღო ინფორმაცია დამუშავების შესახებ; მოითხოვო ასლი, შესწორება, განახლება, დაბლოკვა ან წაშლა; გაიხმო თანხმობა; და საჩივრით მიმართო პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის სამსახურს.
წაშლა და თანხმობის გახმობა აპშივეა: პროფილი → შენი მონაცემები და პროფილი → ანგარიშის წაშლა. დანარჩენისთვის მოგვწერე support@protea.ge — ვპასუხობთ 30 დღეში.
8. უსაფრთხოება
ტრანსპორტი მხოლოდ HTTPS-ით. შესვლის ტოკენები iPhone-ის Keychain-ში, iCloud-ში სინქრონიზაციის გარეშე. ტელეფონზე შენახული ასლი დაშიფრულია მოწყობილობის დაცვით და გამორიცხულია სარეზერვო ასლიდან. ჯანმრთელობის მონაცემები iCloud-ში არ ინახება. მონაცემთა დარღვევის შემთხვევაში ვატყობინებთ ზედამხედველ ორგანოს კანონით დადგენილ ვადაში.
9. ასაკი
Protea განკუთვნილია 16 წლიდან. თუ 18 წლამდე ხარ, აპი გამოიყენე მშობლის ან კანონიერი წარმომადგენლის თანხმობით. თუ გავიგებთ, რომ ანგარიში 16 წლამდე პირს ეკუთვნის, წავშლით.
10. ცვლილებები
პოლიტიკის არსებითი ცვლილებისას ვცვლით ვერსიას და აპი ხელახლა გკითხავს თანხმობას შემდეგ გახსნაზე.

In short
- Protea builds meal plans and shopping lists priced against real Georgian grocery catalogues.
- We store health information only with your separate, explicit consent.
- To generate plans we send data to Google Gemini (with Anthropic Claude as a fallback) — also only with separate consent.
- We never sell your data, never share it for advertising, and never track you across other apps.
- You can delete your account from inside the app at any time; everything goes with it.
1. Who we are
Protea is an iOS app that builds weekly meal plans priced against groceries available in Georgia. The data controller is the operator of Protea. Contact: support@protea.ge.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. The app does not use HealthKit and never reads your iPhone's Health app.
3. Legal basis
- Contract — account, profile and plans; the service cannot work without them.
- Consent — storing health information, and sending data to third-party AI. These are two separate choices, neither is pre-ticked, and either can be withdrawn at any time in Profile → Your data. The app works with both declined — you can still edit your plan by hand.
- Legitimate interest — security, abuse prevention and crash diagnostics.

Data goes to the AI providers solely to produce your plan. Under our agreements with them, they do not use it to train their models. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.
International transfer: these recipients are outside Georgia. By giving consent you agree to that transfer.
5. Coaches
If you accept a coach's invitation, that coach cannot automatically see your health conditions. By default a coach sees only your targets and your plan. Every additional item is switched on individually by you, in Profile → Your coach. Every time a coach opens your data it is recorded and shown to you under "Who has looked at your plan". Access can be revoked in one tap.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data — for as long as the account exists.
- AI proposals you never applied — 24 hours.
- Sign-in sessions — until they expire.
- Crash reports — not linked to your account, 90 days.
Deleting your account erases all of the above from our servers.
7. Your rights
Under the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection you may: be informed about processing; request a copy, correction, update, blocking or deletion; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Deletion and consent withdrawal are in the app: Profile → Your data and Profile → Delete account. For anything else write to support@protea.ge — we answer within 30 days.
8. Security
HTTPS only in transit. Sign-in tokens live in the iPhone Keychain and are never synced to iCloud. The on-device copy is written with device file protection and excluded from backups. Health information is never stored in iCloud. In the event of a data breach we notify the supervisory authority within the period the law requires.
9. Age
Protea is for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, use it with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 16, we delete it.
10. Changes
When this policy changes materially we bump its version and the app asks for your consent again on next launch.
